Jennifer Lopez wants to drop her famous nickname J-Lo. Jennifer, who had nicknamed herself and her album as J-Lo few years back, is ready to shrug it off. Lopez, who recently experienced motherhood, has banned People magazine to use her nickname for an upcoming feature. Lopez who recently granted People the exclusive rights to publish the first photos of her twins, Max and Emme, reported to be paid a whooping amount of $6 million by the magazine.

The diva has also set a condition, that hubby Marc Anthony should snap all the photos.

A People Magazine spokeswoman when contacted said, “This is absurd, but thanks for the additional publicity on the pictures.”

Lopez fans out there can learn a lesson or two from their idol that is to think before you grant yourself a nickname.
