David Beckham to entertain kids on Sesame Street

After Robert De Nero, Jamie Foxx, REM and James Blunt its LA Galaxy soccer star David Beckham turn to share the screen with Elmo on Sesame Street.
The soccer star who stars as a guest in the children’s television show Sesame Street will introduce a new word to its young viewers -’Persistence‘ and reveals the importance it has in his life.
A source close to David said, “David has always been a huge fan of the show. When he was a kid he watched it and was more than happy to go on.”
“He loves dealing with kids and thought it would be a great way to get through to them. He has developed a great understanding of children because of his own boys and coaching at the Beckham soccer schools.”
