Uma Thurman’s next flick The Accidental Husband might as well be re-named The Accidental Wife after the actress fell and broke her wrists in a freak accident on the sets. Uma who was shooting for the film jumped to reach for something and apparently fell rather awkwardly on her wrists. The fall caused enough damage to necessitate a surgery but Thurman hadn’t realized the extent of injury at that moment.

It is reported that the Kill Bill actress didn’t realize that she broke her wrist until the next morning. Only after she found a considerable swelling on her wrist she decided to rush to the hospital. The accident has put a spanner in the shooting, which would now be delayed by a week as Uma goes about recuperating…
