Drunk Paris Hilton Charged For Over-Speeding

Better think twice again before speeding for … well might be for In-N-Out burger.
Los Angeles city attorney formally charged Paris Hilton with two misdemeanor counts, for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or above earlier this month. Parris Hilton was pulled over on Sept. 6 when she was leaving charity party Dragonfly when she was caught red handed once LAPD officers noticed her Mercedes McLaren SLR driving erratically. Later symptoms of intoxication were confirmed with Breathalyzer test, which was above normal then minimum blood-alcohol level required for a DUI in California.
Elliot Mintz downplayed the incident just after the incident when he came to picked her up at the station. He further claimed, “She’s fine. She didn’t appear in the least bit to be intoxicated,” Paris Hilton thinks this to be a small incident where people are in a habit of blew anything she do to out of proportion. She claimed, “Maybe I was speeding a little bit, I was just really hungry and wanted [to go get] an In-N-Out burger”.
Well, what could be outcome of the case; she could get a maximum penalty of $1,000 for her indiscretion as fine and six months in county jail. Looking at her offence, which is first of this nature, she could get away with something closer to the minimum penalty. Alcohol education or rehabilitation program could be additional.
It is great that LAPD officers are at their best to make the streets of Hollywood safer from the celebrity mad, rash, bashing….
