Striptease star Demi Moore hates being jobless and that was quite evident the way she was fuming at Hollywood producers the other day for the lack of roles in Hollywood for women who are on the wrong side of their 40’s. The sexy starlet is so incensed that she termed them all ‘ageist’ same on the lines as ‘sexist’. The 44 year old actress says that being 40-plus does make them any way inferior to the younger ones.

Talking to Britain’s OK magazine the actress complained that after crossing 40 years the female actors in Hollywood were made to believe that there was no more place for them now anymore and that they should seriously try elsewhere than Hollywood. She has urged fellow 40-plus actresses to show it the studios what they were worth of.
