Britney Spears has been officially named the worst celebrity to handle dogs. In a poll conducted to know the celebrity with the best dog-parenting skills Oprah Winfrey came out with the top honors whereas Britney was way behind as the overwhelming worst. Britney Spears was once an owner of three Chihuahua’s a regular with her where ever she went but two years of marriage and it’s not really the same case.

Britney now has emulated her ‘best-friend’ Paris Hilton who won the same award in the year 2005. Looks like what Paris has done Britney can go one better. Or it could even be that when you have a dog as big as Kevin Federline, the lil Chihuahuas automatically take a back seat. Poor O Britney looks like at the end of the day it her life that’s turned a dog’s life…
