Miley Cyrus to honor Youth Service America on birthday

Miley Cyrus is going to host a big birthday bash for her 16th birthday at Disneyland. The party will not be purely fun and frolicking, as the young starlet will be honoring members from Youth Service America.
She says, “The best part of the party is we’re going to recognize some really cool kids from Youth Service America who are giving back to their community. That’s so awesome because I think it’s really important for kids like us to volunteer.”
The Hannah Montana star is not planning to celebrate her birthday with only her family and friends, as she wants to include her fans in her party too, but the only thing is that her fans need shell a whooping $250 to gain entrance to the party.
