A source tells, “Lindsay is taking out an order of protection. He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.”

Ali Lohan,  “already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

When contacted, Lindsay’s rep refused to comment.

An onlooker at the video shoot raves about a Britney with a tattoo slithering around a restaurant wearing leather pants, sucking cherries and seducing a good looking suited man.

But it meant only business for Britney, “She seems to be all business. She’d just do one thing after another and then on to the next,” adds the onlooker.

Well we are definitely eager to see this video.

Miley Cyrus had once revealed that she would love star in Sex & The City show, well if author Candace Brushnell has it her way she can soon become the next Carrie Bradhsaw.

Candace who is writing for a new project, where Carrie’s hey days are shone, wants Miley to play SJP’s character.
