Hollywood supercouple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $1million to US-Iraq war children funds where they will support the education of almost 8,000 affected children.

The Mr & Mrs Smith couple donated the whooping amount to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict from their charity, the Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

The heavily pregnant actress said, “These educational support programs for children of conflict are the best way to help them heal.”

Pitt added, “We hope to encourage others to give to these great organizations.”

The amount donated by Pitt-Jolie is going to be evenly split between US and Irag non-profit groups who aim at helping children affected by the war with education opportunities.

Ladies man John Mayer was decent enough to warn his ex-flame Minka Kelly about his latest girlfriend Jennifer Aniston before going public with their relationship.

The singer apparently called the Friday Night Lights actress to inform her that his relationship with Aniston will be hitting the media channels soon.

A friend of the actress revealed, “Minka received a call from John prior to the story breaking about his relationship with Jennifer. He apologized to Minka, ‘Sorry, but I’m really in love.’”

“She found it interesting because during his relationship with her, John mentioned, ‘I don’t really get this Jennifer Aniston thing.”

Hotel heiress, Paris Hilton hit out on recent puppy rumors about her on her MySpace blog. The socialite was apparently seen at the Melrose Avenue pet store and demanded a Yorkie puppy, which was denied by the store making Hilton, go “ballistic”.

She wrote on her blog, “I read [that I was] walking by some puppies for sale, and demanding that I be given a Yorkie puppy to be an accessory for a photo shoot.”

“I wasn’t looking for a new pet. I wasn’t even at a photo shoot that day,” Hilton insists. “Puppies are not accessories or toys and I love my own pets dearly. I treat them as if they were my children.”

Hilton’s completed reality show, I Wanna Be Paris’s New Best Friend! Also features scenes regarding pet adoption, she said, “to spread the word about how these animals need loving owners.”

“It is sad that someone felt the need to invent a story about me throwing a fit for a dog that would ‘go with my outfit.”

HE said, “I would have to choose music because there’s no feeling in the world like when you are on stage and that record hits that the audience has been waiting for.”

But Smith revealed the reason behind his acting career that he wanted to support his family and if he gives it up he has no idea how he would make the ends meet.
