So all that year long brouhaha over Britney Spears’ divorce is finally over as she got OFFICIALLY divorced from Kevin Federline on Monday. However one last bit left is the Alimony agreement that wont be made public unless there is an enforcement issue going on.

Spears’ lawyer Laura Wasser told reporters, “The divorce is final. Britney is okay with the arrangement. She would like to be with the kids more. She said that. She thinks Federline would like that too.”

Court commissioner Scott Gordon said, “The best interests of the children could be harmed” if the arrangement were not sealed.

We sincerely hope Britney doesn’t end up at a rehab again… the last time their divorce proceedings were covered by the tabloids Britney behaved crazy. Probably court should appoint an observer to watch Britney… she might just get up to her monkey business again.

Nope its not the Harry Potter effect, instead its the Hans Klok effect - Pamela Anderson seems to have fallen in love with magic after she met her new beau Magician Hans Klok and after assisting him for few of his shows… she seems to have gotten the taste of the thrill of magic shows. So now she is ready to dump her ex-love - Acting for her new love - Magic.

She says, “I’m definitely staying until December, but then who knows. I don’t want to do any more TV or film though. Doing The Beauty of Magic is what I love - it’s just so over the top.”

This is definitely one of the worst phases of Angelina Jolie’s life and career. She literally seems to be down in the dumps. Personally, she is still coping with the trauma of her mother’s death. The depression had turned her into an anorexic and insomniac. Professionally, after the debacle of her last movie A Mighty Heart, she desperately needs to prove that she is not just a pretty thing but an Oscar winning actress.

Physically, she looks least attractive these days… her cheek bones seem to be prominent with her cheeks sunken in and eyes popping out. She has become bony with her veins looking obvious from her skin. No wonder she has slipped down the the last position these days on Sexiest women polls.

Reports say insiders close to Angelina have claimed that her doctor is so concerned with her weight loss and her sleep habits that he is suggesting medication.  The magazine reports this week that according to insiders, Angelina has been suffering from mood swings, sleeplessness, and a lack of appetite.

One insider cited by the weekly entertainment magazine says that her doctor suggested that Angelina try taking Ambien CR to sleep or Paxil to combat her dark moods.

Poor Brad… he seems to be trying his best to keep her up and happy.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested or allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and being in possession of a small amount of cocaine early Tuesday in Santa Monica, California, barely two weeks after completing treatment for alcohol addiction at a rehabilitation facility.

Well, so that ‘good-girl’ image that Lohan tried to put up after rehab was not of much use.

“I am innocent,” Lohan told the US television show Access Hollywood in an e-mail, People.com reported Wednesday.

The actress stressed that she “did not do drugs.”

“They’re not mine,” she said of the substances found in her possession.

Of course baby! They’re not yours. Santa dropped it from the sky because you played a good girl for two weeks after you left your rehab.

Julia Roberts is to be honored with the 22nd American Cinematheque Award for being “an extraordinary artist in the entertainment industry who is fully engaged in his or her work and is committed to making a significant contribution to the art of the motion picture.”

Commenting on her selection, American Cinematheque Board chairman Rick Nicita said:

“Julia Roberts is a true movie star who has delighted audiences and critics in so many pictures, from her first screen appearance in ‘Mystic Pizza’ through mega-hits like ‘Pretty Woman’ and ‘Runaway Bride’ to her Academy Award-winning performance in ‘Erin Brockovich’ and many, many more. Moviegoers are eagerly awaiting the next chapter in the career of this beloved actress and we are looking forward to thanking her for all that she’s already given us.”

Roberts will receive the award at a ceremony in Beverly Hills on 12 October.

Britney Spears seems to have a style of her own. Why not… she’s got the paparazzi running behind her like sniffer dogs chasing every move of hers… even the color of her bathroom slippers also finds space in our tabloids and blogs.

It so happened that a heavy duty photographer dared to block Britney’s way as she was going to attend her crying son inside her Mercedes Benz. Mommy dear was far from amused to have the photographer around when she had better things to do then smile and pose for a picture. What does she do?

First she is flaming furious. Then she said,

“You gonna get on a diet? Have you ever tried WeightWatchers?”

Then, as she continued to struggle to drive away she added:

“Why don’t you run; you need to ****ing jog.”

I hope that had made some difference to the fat bum of a photographer there. Thanks for the tip anyway Britney… we would have had better regard for your free cuss-cum-advice if you really knew what to do with your cellulite out there.

A survey reported on Forbes.com, found that more than 65% of netizens found 40-yr old Latina beauty Salma Hayek - the hottest of ‘em all.

I was rather surprised to see Scarlett Johansson featuring nowhere in the poll. Angelina Jolie was the least voted for star along with Pamela Anderson, sharing the last rank.

Perhaps Lindsay Lohan has changed her PR strategy to win a little more column space in our cheesy tabloids that she has turned herself in to face charges of drunken driving in connection with a May car crash. The million dollar question is… Is Lindsay Lohan really turning into a good girl or did she realize how to use her good girl image to win some good publicity…any form of publicity for that matter. Yes occasional nip-slips and crotch flashes would help but once in six months something substantial is a must. So here she is. Carrying forward her good girl image. First she checked herself into a Malibu rehab for the second time in a year and wore that funny alcohol monitoring bracelet.

Now Lindsay Lohan actually went to the Beverly Hills Police Department to be fingerprinted, photographed and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence during May and hit and run, Beverly Hills police officer Ryan Balleweg said.

Authorities will decide later whether to charge her. If Lindsay ends up in jail like Paris Hilton… whoa that will be great fun. If not then Lindsay’s great effort will be wasted.

Celebrity fame might be worth millions and so is their privacy too. They might act cheesy trying to pretend like hapless victims of constant media scrutiny and paparazzi nuisance trying to picture them doing even the most common things like normal people. Yet, when it comes to using their fame wisely, they auction their well-guarded privacy and make moolah from the tabloid who wishes to beat its competitor as fast as it could.

The public wants it, the media is ready to supply it and the celebrities are willing to sell it. In Forbes’ list of the 10 most expensive celebrity photos surveyed the top-priced photos sales in the United States over the past 10 years recently. They found out that the most expensive celeb photos were bought for $4.1 million. People magazine paid for the Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt baby photos in June last year. Second place went to Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher’s wedding photos, for which OK! magazine reportedly paid $3 million in October 2005. Overall, Pitt and Jolie dominate the list, with four of the top 10 slots. Photos that chronicled the sad saga of Anna Nicole Smith accounted for another three.

The humanitarian duo Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie donated the funds to a selection of charities serving African children rather than pocket the winnings. Anyways… this is just one side of the story. The reported sum: $4.1 million–and that doesn’t include the additional $3.5 million that Hello! magazine reportedly coughed up for British rights to the shots. Fair enough I say.

Lindsay Lohan is just back after her so-called Rehab, this time with an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet that will detect just about any level of drinking event.

Meaning to say that Lindsay Lohan has apparently resolved not to turn back her old ways. But the reports have just about something else to say. She has hit the party scene harder than before and she is out partying every night since last Friday when she got out of the Rehab.

Well…Well… This babe surely loves attention. Talk about Lohan mellowing down and she has two potential scandals welcoming her as soon as she is out of the Rehab.

She claims she’s the victim of a computer hacker who snatched a file of naked photos taken of her by her ex-British boy toy Calum Best.

“All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying he got the pictures Cal took from me naked,” Li Lo allegedly wrote to Nick, the site owner, of a celebrity gossip website.

The next sword hanging lose over her head is the novel “Starsitter” written by Canadian author Andrea Dana.

Dana claims to have tutored Lohan and acted as her guardian on the set of “Mean Girls” four years ago.

“I did go to L.A. with Lindsay, and the actual story is inspired by that trip. The character isn’t really her, but it’s loosely based,” Dana told the Post. “She wasn’t exactly a star yet, but she had the attitude like she was already a star.”
