The final verdict is out. And Celebden’s got the results out for you. Miss Checz Republic Tatana Kucharova has beaten 103 other contestants from the world to win the 56th Miss World Title. The blue eyed 18 year old had to really control  tears from her eyes as Miss World 2005 Unnur Birna gave her the Miss World Sash. The lady in skin hugging white gown was shocked and elated to hear the news and burst into tears.

She will be the brand ambassador for the year 2006 for Miss World and will raise money for charities, while also covering the fashion circuit in Paris.

She was the first lady to qualify into the semifinals apart from those qualified from fast track events. She beat brains and brawns from India, Romania, Norther Ireland, Canada, Venezuela, Scotland, Lebanon and the most (overtly ) hyped Australia.

But hype helps, especially when public poll is involved and no wonder Miss Australia Sabrina Houssami was voted Miss Asia Pacific and she stayed in competiton much against Celebden’ guesses. She happened to be the second runner-up.

Tatana’s European counterpart Miss Romania Ioana Valentina Boitor gave her tough competiton but was contended only with Miss Southern Europe title and of course judged 1st runner up.
Miss Jamaica Sara Lawrence was given the honors of Miss Carribean, while Miss Brazil Jane Sousa Borgez Oliveira was named Miss Americas.

Miss Venezuela - Alexandra Federica Guzman Diamante: The long named lady also has long legs, and wants to go long way with Television Journalism. She’s got the hype as well and winning the “Miss World 2006 Beach wear” has made her first semifinalist of the contest. But the dusky beauty isn’t one to fly high as she thinks she will not go all the way.

Celebden’s take - “Stretch a little bit, and you will belong in the contest till the end”

Miss USA - Brooke Elizabeth Angus: The 24 year old who wants to be a teacher of arts has got luscious lips and stylish hair. But with United States of America not doing much for quite some time, we have to see how she used her brain.

Celebden’s take - “Use the thing between your ears, and you will give tough competition”

Miss India - Natasha Suri: The ladies from India are known to have brains better than most of the people in such competitions. Going by the way she performed in the beach wear looks like she is definitely going to be a star.

Miss Iceland - Asdis Svava Hallgrimsdottir: In the history of Miss World there are hardly any instances where ladies from the same country won consecutively. So after Unnur Birna (from Iceland) who won the title in 2005, there is huuuuuge pressure on Asdis, and one doubts if she will stand up to it.

Miss Canada - Malgorzata Majewska: “Ooomph” that’s what she has. The 24 year old hit a high when she won the “Miss World 2006 Sports” award. No wonder the lady wants to establish a sports facility. That means she is in the Final sixteen, and will only have to learn to smile from the heart.

Miss Northern Ireland - Catherine Jean Milligan: The 19 year old wants to grab every opportunity she has. That’s what she did when she showed off her talents to win the “Miss World 2006 Talent” award. She is in the semi-final as well, but the lady has long way to go before she can reach into top 5.

Celebden’s take - “Opportunities come and go. Enjoy the competition as long as it lasts for you”

Miss Argentina - Maria Beatriz Vallejos Schulze: Much like her Canadian competitor Maria has got the oomph and any man (sometimes even a woman) will have to hold his pants. She is a tough competitor, and her only barrier, if any, could be language.

Celebden’s take - “The language of body and beauty beats all. Stick to it, you are a definite Top 5.”

Miss Mexico - Karla Veronica Jimenez Amescua : Miss USA will be jealous of her, and Miss Canada will want to beat her. But Miss Karla will wait for none. She takes everything in her stride, and will not even worry if she loses the title by 0.00001%.

Celebden’s take - “You are almost on top, and Hollywood is waiting”

Miss Slovenia - Iris Mlonej: The 25 year old will give every body whatever they want. Not with her sexy body, but with her brains, her work with international foundation for peace and what not. Miss World Organizers will double their funds from charities if she wins.

Celebden’s take - “You are a born winner with or without Miss World. Bow everybody!!”

Miss Netherlands - Sheryl Lynn Baas : Her striking beauty is her innocence, but for Sheryl Fiscal law is more important than anybody. The wanna be Fiscal lawyer, has got both wonderful brains and even nicer legs.

Celebden’s take - “Forget Fiscal Law for now, else you will be judged OUT even before top 10 or 5 is listed out”

And long back in 2000, Naomi pleaded guilty in a Canadian court for assaulting another former assistant with a telephone. But of course, as is normal with celebrity assault cases, an undisclosed amount of money was paid to the assistant. And Naomi also attended anger management classes.

Looks like the effect of the classes has faded away. But if this time Naomi Cambell is convicted, she might be sentenced to Seven Years term. Hopefully this time the effect will not fade.

Los Angeles city attorney formally charged Paris Hilton with two misdemeanor counts, for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or above earlier this month. Parris Hilton was pulled over on Sept. 6 when she was leaving charity party Dragonfly when she was caught red handed once LAPD officers noticed her Mercedes McLaren SLR driving erratically. Later symptoms of intoxication were confirmed with Breathalyzer test, which was above normal then minimum blood-alcohol level required for a DUI in California.

Elliot Mintz downplayed the incident just after the incident when he came to picked her up at the station. He further claimed, “She’s fine. She didn’t appear in the least bit to be intoxicated,” Paris Hilton thinks this to be a small incident where people are in a habit of blew anything she do to out of proportion. She claimed, “Maybe I was speeding a little bit, I was just really hungry and wanted [to go get] an In-N-Out burger”.

Well, what could be outcome of the case; she could get a maximum penalty of $1,000 for her indiscretion as fine and six months in county jail. Looking at her offence, which is first of this nature, she could get away with something closer to the minimum penalty. Alcohol education or rehabilitation program could be additional.
