Lindsay Lohan back on track, says Attorney
Lindsay Lohan is apparently back on track after she convicted for drunken driving last year, says attorney Blair Berk.
Berk gave updates about Lohan's sentence for cocaine charges and drunken driving and how she is coping with it.
He informed the judge that the 'Freaky Friday' star is "completely on track with everything". The Judge was partly convinced with the ironic statement and scheduled a progress report meet for January.
The 22-year actress has spent 84 minutes in the prison and is on probation for three years. She was also scheduled to complete an 18-month alcohol education program and a three-days county coroner program.
Lindsay Lohan traded her harsh penalties with the various programs.
