Britney Spears will be returning back to the court next month, not for her kids this time but for a previous illegal driving incident.

The trial for the case was originally scheduled for January 2008 but was delayed because of Britney’s health issues.

Judge T.K Herman issued a statement regarding the renewed date of the case - 15th October 2008.

The hearing is about the incident that occurred last year in 2007 when Britney hit a parked car in a parking lot and was found driving without a valid driving license.
