The power of Jamie Foxx - Unpredictable ;)
posted in Future Movies |A story that has created quite a buzz at Hollywood is to be now produced by Jamie Foxx. And what more interesting is that he could even be starring in the same movie called “The Power Of Duff”. This Jamie Foxx movie is a story of a New York, news anchor who prays for things to happen quite vocally as he is reading the evening bulletin. And things that he prays for start coming to life, the controversy of him being a prophet, a pundit or a charlatan rages on like a wild fire.
In a hotly contested bidding for the Stephen Belber’s script, Universal won it eventually by paying nothing less than $900,000 in advance. And it attracted some biggies from hollywood, the likes of Russel Crowe, Ron Howard and Tom Hanks were considered for the flick.
Jamie Foxx is also slated to assist in the development of the drama along with his managerJaime Rucker King. Jamie’s association with Universal goes back a long way, and he even won an Oscar for the film “Ray” distributed by Universal.
