Mariah’s legal team has sent Mary a letter notifing the porn star that Mariah has decided to trademark her name. The singer says that Mary should refrain from using her name cos it confuses Mariah’s fan.
Mariah’s legal team points out that this is purely a legal step but the porn star who took on the might of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Calirofrnia elections is not one to give up with a fight… she says in her own care a damn attitude ““I’m ready to battle Mariah over this because I’ve been Mary Carey for a long time.
