Secret Wedding Bells for Scary Spice
posted in Hollywood News |Apparently Scary Spice Melanie Brown from Spice Girls has secretly married her boyfriend two months ago.
Her husband is Stephen Belafonte, is a movie producer, we heard. He and Melanie Brown knew each other for years before they have started to get romantically involved one to another, Mel B’s spokeswoman said.
“He was a really good friend and good support to me during my pregnancy,” Brown said of her new hubby during a recent interview with People magazine. “He’s a really sweet guy.”
“Melanie Brown confirmed today that she and long-term friend Stephen Belafonte were married at the Special Memory Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on Wednesday June 6 2007.” she said in a statement.
Another wedding is planned for this year, the spokeswoman added.
“The couple, who are both 32, had wanted to keep the ceremony out of the public eye as they planned a more formal wedding for friends and family later in the year”.
