Father at 66

It’s strange but true that Actor Nick Nolte has become a father again at age 66. Clytie Lane the British girlfriend of Nolte gave birth to the couple’s first child. They are yet to name their daughter.
According to the actor’s publicist, “The baby was weighing 7 pounds and 13 ounces at the time of birth was born last Wednesday in Los Angeles, and “both mother and daughter are doing well”.
It is said that this is the first baby for Lane who is in her late 30’s and second for Nolte. Nolte has a 21 year old son from his previous marriage. As far as Lane is concerned, she is not a part of this show business.
Nolte was nominated twice for Oscars for his roles in “The Prince of Tides” and “Affliction”. He will next be seen in Paramount Pictures’ fantasy adventure “The Spiderwick Chronicles”.
