Father of Hannah Montana sensation, Billy Ray Cyrus who stars with her in Hannah Montana recently gave a statement about Justin Gaston’s absence from Miley’s Disney birthday bash.

Ray said, “He is a great guy, a really talented guy.”

Miley who is often seen with the underwear model Gaston denies dating him and her family insists that they are “just friends”.
