Mariah Carey has won the legal battle against porn star Mary Carey. Mariah had opposed the usage of the name ‘Carey’ by the porn star whose original name is Mary Allen Cook. The
multi-platinum singer had filed a suit in the court seeking a ban on Mary using the name that she said would confuse her fans. But Mary shot back that she would not do anything like that cos she’s always used that name and she would continue to do so in the future as well.

But now with the court give thumbs up to Mariah’s argument it has to be seen whether Mary complies or not. Mary an adult actress had used the surname to fight the elections for the California governor’s office against action star Arnold Schwarzenegger. But the real trouble started for Mary when she tried to trademark the name Carey. That’s when Mariah stepped saying the usage by the adult actress is actually confusing her fans.

Well, the court obliged and now Mariah has the sole right to her name. But I am still left wondering if I would have liked to have been confused or not??? I guess may be I would have liked it… apart from the name the also have similar bust sizes and even if I was confuses wouldn’t mind having one for the other… as long as I get to stare at them… I know I am gross… and I know you are the same….
